Please read these terms carefully before making a booking. By confirming a reservation with Keziah Accommodation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us (via WhatsApp or email) and a deposit has been received where applicable. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Keziah Accommodation shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, theft, or damage to guests or their personal belongings during their stay. Guests are encouraged to take out appropriate travel insurance. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
We ask all guests to be considerate of other guests and neighbours. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or conduct that disturbs the peace will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Pets are not permitted on the premises unless specifically agreed to in writing prior to arrival.
Images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes and are representative of the property. Minor variations may exist.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Act 68 of 2008. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations are only confirmed once acknowledged by us in writing. The cancellation date will be based on the date we receive written notification.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method used.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, unforeseen property issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund of any payments made. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible and to assist in finding alternative accommodation.
Requests to change booking dates are subject to availability and must be made in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes at no extra charge, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, consumers may have additional rights regarding cancellations. In the event of a conflict between this policy and the CPA, the CPA will take precedence.
